We currently have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as Training Advisor – CTA/JobLab based at our Ipswich office and working across our Wivenhoe Region sites. The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor As a Training Advisor within our Career Transition Assistance/JobLab contract you will facilitate a range of CTA/JobLab training programs to support customers to achieve their training and employment goals. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service. Salary - $64,000 – $70,000 per annum + Super Your Key Responsibilities will include; - The coordination, delivery, and administration of training programs across the region in accordance with contractual and ETC guidelines
- Coordinate relevant interactive group activities
- Provide 1/1 coaching and job search support
- Market and promote ETC as a provider of high quality and flexible employment services
Criteria for Success - Experience in interactive training delivery and administration
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
