We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor based in Coffs Harbour.

 

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor

As a Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and brokering opportunities for our customers (whether that’s an apprenticeship or a work opportunity). If you are the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and build positive, long-standing working relationships, then we want to hear from you!

 

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
  • Actively promoting ETC’s services to local industry, employers and jobseekers
  • Seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and training
  • Achieve agreed objectives and targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour market

Criteria for Success

  • Customer service skills and/or experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Ability to meet monthly KPI targets
  • A passion for helping others
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check
