We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader within our Transition to Work contract.

 

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader

As a Team Leader you will assist the Operations Manager to manage staff within the specified region to ensure adherence to contractual guidelines and operational budgets to achieve ETC’s agreed targets as set by the Education, Skills & Employment (DESE) and the Transition to Work (TtW) DEED. This role will cover Caloundra and Nambour locations. Travel among these locations is required each week.

 

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Assist with facilitating staff, team meetings and conducting learning & development workshops for staff each week
  • Early identification of performance matters and reporting to Operations Manager
  • Assist the Operations Manager with strategic activities to retain and enhance contracts in each Employment Region (ER)
  • To provide supervision and support to TtW staff to help achieve site KPI’s
  • Approving of expenditure within delegated authority

Criteria for Success

  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Ability to interpret various guidelines and work within frameworks
  • A passion for helping others
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current QLD Blue Card
  • Valid driver’s licence
