The Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program is all about creating a future where people with disability, injury, or health conditions can prepare for, find, and thrive in meaningful work—and grow their careers along the way.

💼 We’re opening Expressions of Interest for the following roles:

• Career Mentor – Inspire People to Shine

You’ll be the friendly face and guiding hand for your participants. From job plans to interview prep, you’ll support them every step of the way. You’ll also connect with local employers and community partners to open doors and create opportunities.

• Workplace Mentor – Love helping people settle into new jobs and thrive?

You’ll be the go-to support for participants once they’ve landed a job - helping them settle in, stay motivated, and grow in their roles. Along the way, you’ll play a key role in keeping our records sharp, our claims accurate, and our outcomes strong.

• Recruitment Advisor – Connect People, Create Opportunities

You’ll be the bridge between job seekers and employers. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IEA participants, from advertising and screening to placement and post-placement support. You’ll also build strong relationships with local businesses and industry groups to facilitate job opportunities, traineeships, and work experience placements.

• Operations Manager – Ready to make a real difference?

You’ll take ownership of your region’s performance, compliance, and team culture. You’ll support your staff, manage budgets, and help shape strategies that improve employment outcomes for people with disability.
