We currently have an opportunity available for a passionate and detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Claims integrity Officer.  This is a fixed--term contract to April 2025

 

The Role - A Day in the Life of an Claims Integrity Officer:

As a Claims Integrity Officer you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently drawing down on Employment Fund Claims and the Department of Employment and Workforce Relations (DEWR) incentive payments that have been paid to employers of ETC jobseekers.  You will provide timely quality checks and processing of claims in order to lodge claims related to services and payments for the Workforce Australia Services (WAS), Transition to Work (TtW), Self-Employment Assistance (S-EA), Skills for Education & Employment Program (SEE) and Disability Employment Services (DES) Contracts.  In doing so, you'll be achieving ETC's agreed targets as set by the Department of Employment and Workforce Relations (DEWR) and the Department of Social Services (DSS) DES Contract.

 

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and quality checking ETC provider payments submissions and outcome claims where evidence has been provided and complete compliance checks to ensure the validity of the claim and the evidence in line with contractual guidelines and the Deed.
  • Communicate and maintain regular contact with team, and manager/s to ensure all outcome claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a high degree of knowledge and understanding in the contractual requirements of processing provider payments and claims, including attending professional development and adhering to updates throughout the contract/s term
  • Strive to achieve goals set within the Workforce Australia Services, TtW, S-EA and DES Contracts including meeting outcome targets, adhering to the DEWR and DES Code of Conduct and guidelines.

Criteria for Success

  • Previous experience in accounts processing
  • Excellent attention to detail and be systematic and analytical in processing.
  • Driven to achieve outcomes and KPIs
  • A recent, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check
