We currently have an opportunity for a passionate leader to join our team as Team Leader Employment.

 

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader

As a Team Leader you will bring with you your strong leadership skills and will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager to provide supervision and support to the Workforce Australia staff.  You will empower and motivate your team to meet individual and team job placement key performance indicators, while ensuring compliance to regulations and rules as set by the Workforce Australia Services DEED.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Managing the team and overseeing day-today activities, ensuring smooth operations
  • Empower and motivate your team to meet individual and team job placement objectives
  • Compliance with regulations and rules set by the Workforce Australia Services DEED

Criteria for Success

  • Thorough knowledge of the Workforce Australia Services DEED
  • Demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Strong community awareness including family services, community resources, and vocational training in your local area
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
