We have an exciting new position to join our People & Culture Team. Location can be flexible across our Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast, Brisbane or Wivenhoe regions.


The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective training programs that enhance the skills and performance of employees. This role involves collaborating with various departments and external training providers to identify training needs, develop learning materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

 

Who are we looking for?

You will have experience in working in a managerial/strategic capacity in the learning & development field with strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.  Your well developed, communication, presentation and facilitation skills will help you succeed in this role along with your ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across a variety of stakeholders. This role will require occasional travel across the ETC service delivery footprint so flexibility will be required to work & travel outside regular business hours from time to time.
